Plain-language terms for a demonstration product.
1. Nature of the service
Bitclimber is a technical demonstration of a crash-game architecture. It uses DEMO CREDITS with no monetary value. It is not a gambling service, is not licensed or approved by any regulator, and makes no claim to be.
2. No real funds
The platform holds no Bitcoin and no customer funds. Deposit addresses shown in the wallet are non-production placeholders. Do not send cryptocurrency to any address displayed by this product — any assets sent are permanently unrecoverable and no compensation is available.
3. No withdrawals
Demo credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for anything of value, and confer no rights or expectation of future value.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and must not access the service where doing so would be unlawful. The age declaration collected at onboarding is self-reported and is not verified identity.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to manipulate round outcomes, script abusive traffic, or use the service to imply real-money gambling capability. Accounts may be suspended at any time.
6. Availability and data
The sandbox is provided as-is with no warranty of availability. Demo balances, rounds and history may be reset without notice.
7. Changes
These terms may change; the version identifier at the top of this page is recorded against your account when you accept.
