What this product is
Bitclimber is a sandbox demonstration. There is no real money, no Bitcoin custody, no withdrawals, and no regulatory approval or gambling licence of any kind. Nothing here can be won or lost in monetary terms.
Know the maths
Each round has a house edge built into the crash curve. Over many rounds the expected return is negative; streaks are normal and a long run of low crashes says nothing about the next round. There is no strategy, pattern or chase that changes the odds.
Controls you can use now
From your profile page you can start a cool-off of 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days, or self-exclude for 30 days. Both are enforced server-side: stakes are refused by the backend, not just hidden in the interface, and a cool-off cannot be shortened once it starts.
Warning signs
Playing longer than intended, increasing stakes to recover losses, hiding play from others, or feeling anxious when not playing are all reasons to stop. If any of these feel familiar with real gambling, please reach out to independent support.
