What the sandbox stores, and why.
Data we hold
Your email address and authentication credentials; the profile details you supply (username, display name, country, date of birth); your demo wallet balances and full ledger history; bets and round outcomes; and any cool-off or self-exclusion you set.
Data we never collect
No payment card details, no bank details, no real cryptocurrency wallet addresses or private keys, and no identity documents. There is no payment processor in this product.
Why we hold it
To operate your account, keep the ledger auditable and balanced, enforce play controls server-side, and protect the service from abuse.
Access controls
Row-level security policies restrict every table to the owning account, with narrowly granted staff roles for support and compliance oversight. Ledger entries are append-only.
Retention and your choices
Sandbox data may be reset at any time. You can update your profile from the account page and ask for your account to be closed; ledger records are retained in anonymised form for integrity of the double-entry accounts.
